Service Agreement Framework
By engaging with LOTUS Delivery, Moving & Storage LLC, you're entering into a professional partnership built on 17 years of logistics expertise. We don't believe in hidden clauses. These terms govern our freight liability, transportation logistics, and the specific regulations governing long-haul trucking.
How do we ensure your cargo's safety? Through rigorous adherence to DOT standards and clear communication. Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods as specified in the Bill of Lading, unless additional insurance is procured through our supply chain partners.
1.0 Cargo Liability
We're committed to the safe delivery of your assets.
Standard freight liability for LOTUS Delivery, Moving & Storage LLC is capped at $0.50 per pound per article, subject to a maximum of $50,000 per shipment, unless higher values are disclosed during the quoting process.
2.0 Supply Chain Delays
Transit times are estimates. While we boast a 98% on-time record, Force Majeure events—ranging from extreme atmospheric conditions to port congestions—may impact delivery schedules without penalty to the carrier.
3.0 Payment & Credit
Standard terms are Net 15 from date of invoice. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly compound interest charge. We value punctuality, both in our trucks and our accounts.

Our fleet operates under strict FMCSA guidelines, ensuring every mile driven by LOTUS Delivery, Moving & Storage LLC is a mile driven safely.
